Woke up at 5am after a mcd chocolate sundae dinner. Breakfast of bread and butter at 7am followed by a farewell walk around the square. Went onto the Cathedral to watch rheir sunday mass. Would have love to take pictures but forbidden. Saw some school children in costumes preparing for a parade. Unfortunately couldnt stay to watch.
A friend texted complaining about her harraser. Advised her to restrain herself and ask God for help. Evil vindictive man! No point going down to his level.
A taxi ride from the Square costs 15soles. While waiting for check time, one elderly man went around asking for sole5 for tips for the bag. We carried our own bags. Tips for what?? But we were conned as the lady at the check-in counter clarified there was no need to tip. Gullible tourists like us taken for a ride. Huge crowd.
Before take off, went to pee but nothing much came out. The person before me must be having a major bombing; almost died from the smell. They need to build more toilets for ladies.
Reached lima airport at 1pm, almost 1.5 hours flight. Ok. Now to do some serious work. Was talking to god just now asking if i have enough credit to go to paradise. Sending good thoughts.
An interesting looking lady without shoes with her cute dog. She was putting up the dog's portable cage.
Gawddddd i am going to die waiting 6 hours for the next flight.
Did some studying on the quran.
Lunch at 3pm. Suppposedly wantan soup and chicken soup but dont look like those at home. Edible but i have tasted better.
"Why cant you just keep the coins as souveniers?". "Why cant i buy mentos??". Ok. I won and now has to carry the coins. Sigh...
It itches. Note to self: next time bring an empty bottle to the loo. U need to wash.
Finally 6.32pm onboard. Where is the aircond?? What?? No movies?? Note to self: stop whining. Already a beloved complained you dont act your age .. but what is age except numbers!
