29th sep13 Goodbye Argentina, helllo Brazil!

No wonder it was so cold this morning. It was so misty that i could hardly see 50 metres away.

The van transferred us to a bigger bus accomodating about 40people.

Tomorrow night i will have an interview for my Masters course. Feeling anxious. Crazy. At 52 i am afraid of an interview??

Thank God this time the guide is bilingual.

3 stations. Going to last station first. 275 falls. Devil throat areas. Upper trail flat area. Lower trail close up view. Speed boat and riding truck 4x4. Navigation rapid. 380pesos.

Open 76 years ago. Subtropical forest.

Entrance Fees 170p.

Winter causes frost to the upper part of the trees. 30 to  40m height.

Sat the 4x4 through the subtropical jungle and saw the anmals on his placards.

Managed to see cooties and tucanes.

The boat trip of about 30people was an amazing experience. Didnt feel any twinge if fear although i faced the cascading water twice for five seconds. I kept shoutung "OMG!". People were laughing hysterically. Seriouly this wasnt the scariest experieince of my life. It was still the Scooby Doo roller coaster in Australia where i was conned into riding it by mt children. I thought it was a kiddie ride.

We got an exchange rate of usd1=8peso from the guide. Official rate is $1:5.7p

Lunch is a dry cold chicken sandwich. :(
